1. Mahakulung Rural Municipality invites bids for following Works as given in table below under national competitive bidding.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Mahakulung Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Office, Bung, Solukhumbu ward no 1, Phone 9743091201, 9862689961 and web site: mahakulung.rum .gov.np, bolpatra.gov.np. and email: mahakulung.rum.gov.np

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Mahakulung Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Office,Bung, Solukhumbu and the office Planning or Technical section Mahakulung Rural Municipality by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, tax clearance certificates  during office hours as mentioned above.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Mahakulung Rural Municipality, Bung, Solukhumbu at 1:00 PM on 2077/12/23.

6. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. Clients have full right to accept and reject the bid with no justification.
